Congratulations to 2014 Dissertation Prizewinners

We are very pleased to announce the winners of the 2014 APE Dissertation Prize.

Best Dissertation: Natalie Bradley, UCL
Best Project:
 Gladys Famoriyo, Anglia Ruskin
Highly commended: (
1) Victoria Lawrence, BA student, Loughborough
 (2) Alex Hambis, Oxford Brookes

The competition is run by the Association for Publishing Education (APE) with support from the Publishers Training Centre (PTC) and the Worshipful Company of Stationers and Newspaper Makers. It is open to APE members (universities teaching Publishing) and is judged by experts in the Publishing industry. Winners receive cash prizes and PTC training.

The high standard of all the entries is testament to the vibrant teaching, research and development taking place within Publishing programmes at APE universities – such excellence in Publishing education is, we would argue, now absolutely central to the industry’s future.

Congratulations to the winners and many thanks to everyone who participated.
